Oak Hills Church is partnering in a 3 year relationship with Next Level International to plant an effective and growing church in Opava, Czech Republic. Oak Hills will be sending consecutive teams over the period of time to work with the church planters in this University town to assist implementing services and community outreach.

According to Act No. 273/2001 (''About The Rights of Members of Minorities'') paragraph 9 (''The right to use language of a national minority in dealing with authorities and in front of the courts of law'') the same applies for the members of national minorities also in front of the courts of law.
